ezReceipt offers a streamlined solution for generating and sending receipts via email, making it particularly valuable for users with recurring tasks, such as landlords needing to issue monthly rental receipts.

The application features a variety of capabilities that enhance its usability in numerous scenarios requiring receipt management:

 <li>Create and customize "generic" receipts, allowing for quick revisions of necessary details before resending.</li>
 <li>Develop unique receipts tailored to individual transactions when needed.</li>
 <li>Email receipts or summaries directly to recipients.</li>
 <li>Print receipts or summaries from the device (requires an AirPrint compatible printer).</li>
 <li>Generate a tab-delimited text file from receipt summaries for easy import into spreadsheet applications.</li>
 <li>Conduct sorting and searching within your list of receipts for better organization.</li>
 <li>Apply user-defined tags to receipts, facilitating enhanced search functionality.</li>
 <li>Filter receipts by one or more user-defined categories for targeted access.</li>
 <li>Backup and restore receipts through a Dropbox account for added security.</li>
 <li>Add signatures to receipts and select from a predefined signature list.</li>
 <li>Geo-tag each receipt with location data (latitude and longitude).</li>
 <li>Incorporate a custom logo or graphic in the receipt header for branding purposes.</li>
 <li>Automatically assign sequential or system-generated numbers to receipts for identification.</li>
 <li>Categorize receipts using one of five predefined types:

Please note that while ezReceipt allows for offline receipt creation and editing, an active cellular or WiFi connection is necessary for sending receipts or summaries. Printing directly from the device also requires an AirPrint compatible printer or a utility like Printopia for shared printing capabilities.
